Clive Grant will play music by JS Bach, Antonio Soler, Olivier Messiaen, William Walton, Jean Alain and Henri Mulet.

Summer Serenade

Enjoy a relaxing summer afternoon concert, with Pimms and strawberries adding a seasonal flavour during the interval.
The ‘Serenade’ team will once again include violinist Helen Page, organ and keyboard maestro Clive Grant, and the Harmony choir. We are delighted to welcome cellist Claire Haines, who will be joining Helen in Morricone’s ‘Gabriel’s Oboe’, and Schumann’s ‘Traumerei’ among other pieces in what promises to be a captivating instrumental programme.
Harmony’s input will as ever be a varied one, ranging from glorious Tudor church music to Cole Porter classics, while St George’s resident poet, Margaret Ford, will be adding a little humour to the proceedings.

All this and Pimms and strawberries too!
Ticket price held at last year’s £8
Family tickets also available.
